KEIGO TAKAMI RELATIONSHIP HCS .

⌗ pairing: keigo takami (hawks) x gn! pro-hero! reader ⌗ tags: hawks x reader, keigo takami x reader, keigo x reader, mha x reader, bnha x reader
⌗ side note: [this is a re-fixed post to align with my new theme for my blog]

FIRST TIME MEETING:
▹ he clocks you immediately during a hero meeting. it's not just your hero costume (though, let's be real, he appreciates a good design). he's sizing you up strategically, noting your power, your demeanor, and how you interact with the other heroes. it's professional... at first.
▹ your first real conversation happens during a joint mission. maybe you're both tracking a villain known for their swift escapes, and you end up covering the rooftops together.
▹ he'll make a comment about your performance in the mission. he will call you by 'miss/sir', as it is only professional. but he will compliment you, no matter what goes wrong.
▹ he's observant. he notices small details about you – the way you handle your quirk, the way you interact with civilians, even the brand of coffee you're sipping. this info goes straight into his mental file labeled "things i find interesting about [reader's hero name]."
▹ he's testing the waters, dropping subtle hints. a casual "maybe we should grab coffee sometime and compare notes?" is pure hawks – playing it cool while secretly wanting to know everything about you.
HIM FALLING IN LOVE:
▹ he starts "coincidentally" showing up where you are. training facilities, hero galas, even that one yakitori place you love. he'll play it off as being in the area, but we all know better.
▹ teasing. SO MUCH TEASING. he'll poke fun at your hero name, your costume quirks, anything he can get away with. but it's always lighthearted and playful, never mean-spirited. it's his way of gauging your reactions and pushing your buttons (in a good way, of course).
▹ feather messages become your new norm. they arrive at your agency, your apartment, maybe even during a stakeout. short, silly notes or helpful Intel, always signed with a mischievous feather flourish.
▹ he seeks you out specifically during large gatherings. he is a social butterfly, but he will try to talk to you. he will always try to have you close to him than other people.
▹ he starts confiding in you about the commission, about his doubts and worries. he doesn't do this with just anyone. you're earning his trust, and with keigo, that's a BIG deal.
HIM AS S/O:
▹ dates are never stuffy or predictable. think rooftop picnics with a city view, late-night patrols fueled by convenience store snacks, and impromptu karaoke sessions. he keeps it fun and spontaneous.
▹ he’s 100% a TOUCHER. a hand on your back, a playful nudge, a casual arm around your shoulders. nothing too intense, but always a reminder that he's there and he's into you. he’s a simp.
▹ PDA is subtle but sweet. no grand gestures, but you might find him absentmindedly playing with your hair while you're talking, or leaning in close to whisper something in your ear.
▹ he sends you pictures of chickens. sometimes he “finds” them on the side of the street. or see them in the pet store. if he does see chickens, he will send it to you.
▹ he opens up more about his past, about his fears and his dreams. he is still guarded, but he lets you see glimpses of the real keigo takami, the one behind the wings and the bravado.
▹ he's fiercely protective. Not in a controlling way, but he's always looking out for you, making sure you're safe and comfortable. he'll take on any villain who dares to threaten you.
▹ he makes corny jokes, especially chicken/bird-related ones.
▹ he will make you feel the safest you've ever felt in your life. after everything he has went through, he will try to protect you with his life.
▹ falling asleep on his wings is the best thing ever. just don't be surprised when you wake up covered in feathers.

Mr Chuck, wizard of gay romance, I consult ye. Without knowing a damn thing about the plot of the book I'm writing other than it is gay and has themes of hunger, consumption, joy in spite of suffering, and the fleeting nature of life, how should my story end?
well to create we need to consume, this is how we produce energy and multiply and build. since beginning of time from frothing volcanos to tiny microbes CREATION and CONSUMPTION are linked. in addition an act of creation is an act of love, it is filling the empty void with SOMETHING and that is as powerful and important as it gets
i think what confuses MANY buckaroos is they get caught up by the consumption part. they see this equation i have laid out and say 'well if consuming leads to creation and creation is to point then we must consume everything as a moral imperative.' i mean HECK that is capitalism in a dang nutshell right there. if you trot this path it says the bigger fish should eat the little one, and that war and power are sort of innate. you see a lot of goofball conservative philosophers with melted brains stop here and set up shop to peddle their sad wares
THE PROBLEM IS consuming everything that you can DOES NOT ACTUALLY LEAD TO MORE CREATION IN PRACTICE. maybe sometimes in the very short term, but at the end of the dang trot it leads to destruction on a massive scale. if the biggest fish eats ALL the little fish then it is not just the little fish who dies it is BOTH of them. if you seek power through TAKING AND CONSUMING all that you can you will do more harm than good. you may puff up your chest for a little while but eventually you will go beyond your means and crumble.
consuming yields the best results when you do it in sustainable way, when you share with your neighbor, when you build a community. this is because LOVE is the best fuel and love thrives when buds work together to create a greater whole than themselves. even if you use example of TAKING through violence, ten little cave buckaroos as a team will always take down one big cave buckaroo. COMMUNITY PROVES LOVE. TEAMWORK PROVES LOVE. CONNECTION PROVES LOVE.
fortunately, as much as scoundrels want to convince us that fighting and violence and TAKING is the best way to grow as a dang species, it is not. humans thrived not because of some primal hierarchy (as goofball conservatives say) but because we started villages and societies and systems of working together. the buds who put their chips behind the BIGGEST FISH are only seeing one part of the picture. YES sometimes in the animal kingdom the biggest beast will win the fight, but that is why THEY ARE BEASTS AND WE ARE PEOPLE. we evolved to greater heights as we grew bigger brains for sharing and empathy and love and complexity. WE STARTED COMMUNITIES, BECAUSE WITHIN COMMUNITY CREATION AND LOVE THRIVE. THE 'REAL' BIGGEST FISH IS KINDNESS.
so hunger and consuming are ACTUALLY an important part of creation. they are part of bringing joy to this timeline, so long as you are not endlessly hungry even after you are full, and so long as you are not consuming what could be better shared with a bud.
hope that helps with your story buckaroo

your tags about mercy being one of the most complex characters- YES!!! theres a log in one of ana's gun inspection modes where it mentions how mercy DESPISED her healing magic/science being used for evil on the battlefield, and there's an ingame line of her saying "power boost working as envisioned!" and it just reminds me how she was lied to, forced unto the battlefield when in reality she just wanted to help people with her inventions and thats the only way they said she could do it. AGH. Hippocratic oath!!
Which is why I never seriously bought into Moicy (I get the hatefucking though) as a serious ship because realistically, Mercy would absolutely abhor Moira with every fiber of her being.
This is gonna be a really hot take for gay Overwatch-knowers, but. I preferred when Moira didn't exist as a character in the story and her whole selfish philosophy of 'progress at any cost' existed as Mercy's darker side. I was really interested in Mercy's 'holier than thou' demeanor (her battle uniform is an angel costume, for god's sake). I found it so interesting that Mercy was the one who turned Gabriel into Reaper (it was assumed canon until retconned by Moira). Or that Mercy "saved" Genji by installing ninja stars into his knuckles and turning his body into a killing machine (which is why, imo, I don't think Mercy would ever be in love with Genji. He'd be a constant reminder of the power she holds yet tries to ignore, the ways she's unbelievably fucked her patients up in the past. A reminder that she's not as good a person as others believe her to be). I'm personally really into the idea that Mercy has two sides in her: the side who truly cares about healing people and the side who's so full of hate and anger for the perceived enemy that she unconsciously fuels her rage into the people who rely on her. Turning people into living weapons to "fix" them and fight her battles. Reminder that she watched her parents walk out on her as a child to volunteer medical work for the Omnic Crisis, only for them to die and leave her orphaned and alone. Is she doing this to take care of people, or is she doing this to avenge her parents (the official site says it's only the former, but I think that's boring as fuck)? I think it can be both at the same time, but sometimes she prioritizes one motive over the other. I think the "angelic, cheery healer" is a persona she instinctively uses to veil her selfish motivations, to everyone and to herself. Reminder that she was also lauded as a savant, a prodigy, a teenage genius who literally revolutionized medical science before she could legally vote. You cannot expect me to believe that she's truly altruistic, that everything she does is for the betterment of humanity and out of the goodness of her heart.
I don't think she's a malicious person at all, just someone who doesn't want to admit she has ulterior motives.
Anyways, she's not actually this interesting in the game or the story.
#delete later#this got longer than i expected#werewolfclaws#ask me#i personally loved when mercy was a bitch. and when her bitchiness came through in some of her voicelines#where she outright antagonizes her allies/friends or acts really snippy#was really mad when they removed that attitude and gave her 5 cups of coffee for her lines in ow2

Ok, here’s a complete, in one peace version of the ask I gave you in your messages.
Could you please make a Rohan x reader one where BOTH of them are mutual yanderes and are both complete freaks?
I actually got some specifics about the reader in the ficfic (and, yes, I want it to be a fanfic) so here they are.
The reader is just as freaky and deranged as Rohan. The reader (who is also female) is also a famous writer who writes horror novels and Rohan once made a one-shot of her work.
She is also a stand user Who’s stand name is I Monster (named after the band, of course) who’s power allows her to possess people and objects and have them do whatever she wants. She can even possess other stands to have them fight against their own user. She eventually gets shot by the golden arrow but she was already a stand user at birth so it causes her stand to gain a new ability called “Who is She” (named after the I monster song, obviously) which allows her to copy the abilities of any stand she possesses, although she can only copy one ability at a time.
There are two types of possession that I Monster can do. Partial possession and full possession. Partial possession is is when the target is possessed but (if the target is a living being) is still conscious and still thinks that all of their actions actions are of their own will when in reality the reader is controlling them like a puppet. In fact, when the reader is Partially possessing something or someone, she actually makes hand movements that make her look like she’s puppeteering her target, and she actually kinda is, strings (that only other stand users can see) and all. She can actually partially possess multiple targets at once, although, she can currently only partially possess two targets and if she partially possesses any more then that she ends up getting exhausted. Fun fact, the reader actually used partial possession to kill Kira by partially possessing the ambulance driver into backing up onto Kira and running him over. Full possession is your classic type of possession where the reader basically enters the target’s body and takes full control of them. She can only fully possess one target at a time.
Not counting the strings, which glow a pretty violet color, I Monster doesn’t have a physical form, BTW.
The reader is EXTREMELY protective of Rohan (which Rohan doesn’t mind) and anyone who tries to harm him will HEAVILY pay the price. If it’s of of Rohan’s allies or “friends” (like Josuke or Koichi), she will let them live, but not without a severe beating (as with Josuke) or a good scolding (as with Koichi) but if the person would DARE try to hurt her Rohan was a complete stranger or an enemy, they will pay with their lives and would be killed in the most horrific and gruesome of ways. Rohan doesn’t mind this. In fact, he sometimes JOINS the reader in her vengeful, wrath fueled moments of carnage.
In terms of looks, the reader would have long, pointy nails and long, straight and silky, yet slightly messy hair with a slender build. She is also be on the taller side in terms of height and decently sized “front bumpers” [if you know what I mean (they’re medium large in a realistic way)] She’s very beautiful and attractive, but also incredibly creepy. Rohan considers the reader’s body proportions to be absolutely perfect and unlike anything he’s ever seen.
As said before, the reader is a famous writer who writes horror novels. The horror of these novels are usually gothic, yet also somehow Eldridge, psychological, and supernatural at the same time. It’s like a mix between World of Horror and Fear and Hunger (Those are both indie horror games and you can look them up if you don’t know what they are, just be prepared to see some really freaky sh*t, ESPECIALLY from Fear and Hunger) and these novels are NOT for the faint of heart. All her work is loved worldwide for its uniqueness, creativity, interesting tones, and overall quality. Rohan actually took some inspiration from one of the reader’s novels for a one-shot he made and even made a one-shot of one of the reader’s books itself.
In terms of personality, The reader is very intelligent and is incredibly hard to fool and outwit. Trying to play mind games with her would DEFINITELY end up backfiring HORRIBLY. She is also surprisingly kind and caring, unlike her lover, Rohan, although sometimes to an unnerving degree. She would DEFINITELY nurse any sick and/or injured baby bird she finds back to health. However, if that poor bird was already dead before she reaches it, that’s when things start getting a bit, disturbing.
The reader, obviously for the sake of her work, often dissects any dead animals she finds, whether they’re roadkill, victims of predation, or anything else. She would never kill or torture an animal or dissect them alive, that would be too cruel. THAT’S WHAT PEOPLE WHO HARMED HER DEAR ROHAN ARE FOR…
Talking with the reader, if one is even brave enough to do so, starts out surprisingly pleasant, but, eventually, and especially if you ask how she gets inspiration for her work (but it’s likely to happen with any conversation that’s had with her) things get really creepy as she starts talking about unsettling things and themes like human fear and it’s origins, lobotomy, insanity, torture, cannibalism, humanity’s lust for violence and the suffering of others, and other insane sh*t that would make how such a sweet and kind woman could be so messed up.
However, if you harm the reader’s beloved Rohan, her sweet and kind personality will disappear and she will hunt you down to the ends of the earth and she will see too it that the end of your existence by her hands will be a slow and excruciatingly painful. When in murder mode, the reader is extremely sadistic and unfeeling, only wanting to make you suffer the consequences of hurting her hunny bun. The reader’s victims are killed in extremely painful and horrifying ways and are GUARANTIED to leave a lot of blood and gore. In fact, some of the murders are ether from or end up appearing in the reader’s books (she’s a horror writer, remember?). Sometimes, and by I mean usually, she uses her stand, I Monster, to assist in the murder. Whether it’s possessing someone to kill the targeted victim (usually someone dear to the victim to add some extra emotional and psychological damage) or to possess the victim and/or the objects around the victim to have them die in a horrible “accident”. Sometimes, Rohan is allowed to join the reader in her “punishment servings”.
Due to her high intelligence, as well as her stand, the reader is always able to have the kills never be traced to her or Rohan and have no one ever suspect them, not even their closest friends.
In terms of ratings, for the ship relationship and romance, I prefer it to be G to T at highest. Rohan and the reader are implied to have had “intimate moments” before, but, other then that, I want most of their relationship to be SFW.
In terms of gore and violence, on the other hand, you can go as nuts as you want and don’t need to hold back, just as long as the gore doesn’t get sexual.
Also, bonus facts, the reader loves gardening and is AMAZING at housework, like cooking and cleaning. If the reader and Rohan are married (you don’t have to make them to), then the reader is DEFINITELY a housewife. The reader also loves sweet foods and desserts.
They’re both f*cked up psychopaths and they’re f*cked up psychopaths in love.
I want them to be in an established relationship but also briefly describing how they first met and when they fell in love and confessed to each other. Also, the reader was a novelist BEFORE they went, and later moved, to Morioh. The reader had originally planned on just going there to get some inspiration due to Morioh being supernatural phenomena central, but everything completely changed when she and Rohan met for the first time. It was freaky and f*cked up love at first sight. They have HEARD of each other and have seen each other’s works before, but it wasn’t until they physically met each other in the flesh that things started rolling along.
As for when the events of the fic take place, probably some time during or just a little bit after DiU.
surw, thanks for requesting and hope you enjoy-
The air in Morioh felt strange when you first arrived.
Like something was crawling beneath the surface of everything. It was why you'd come, really. Your agent hadn’t understood it- why a world-renowned author of horror would abandon her mansion in Tokyo for some no-name town in the middle of nowhere- but it made sense to you. Something about this place called to you. The ghosts here weren’t polite or ancient or shy. They were hungry. And you wanted to feed them.
It was late spring when you met him.
The infamous Rohan Kishibe. You’d seen his work, of course- he’d even once made a one-shot of your book, The Garden That Grows the Rot. It had been… competent. There were liberties you’d never have taken, things you’d done better, but it was deliciously arrogant. You respected that. You admired it.
But meeting him in person? That had been a different story.
You were both at a used bookstore. Reaching for the same volume- an out-of-print edition of Neurosis and Its Sins: Volume IV. You touched hands. Your gazes met. His eyes narrowed. You smiled.
“I expected you to be shorter,” you said.
“I expected you to be less pretentious,” he replied.
You fell in love instantly.
It wasn’t romantic. Not at first. It was fascination. Curiosity. An urge to peel him apart and see what kind of mind oozed beneath his skin. But Rohan was the same. Always the same. You caught him trailing you. Sketching you. Once, he even broke into your home and read through your drafts- left notes in the margins. You caught him, of course. Let him know with a quick little tug on a certain old woman’s wrist outside the bakery that he was not the only one with power.
“I Monster,” you whispered aloud to him that night, perched on your windowsill in a silk robe speckled with ink stains. “That’s its name.”
The violet strings floated lazily in the dark like cobwebs in candlelight.
“I want you to know what it feels like,” you added softly, “when someone else controls your story.”
That was the night he kissed you.
Now, years later, you lived together in the mansion on the hill.
Your gardens were thriving. Tulips, dahlias, corpse lilies. The smell of blood and honeysuckle clung to your house like perfume. You cooked, cleaned, made pastries, and sometimes dissected whatever dead thing you found on your walks. Rohan didn’t care. He loved your strange habits. He adored how perfect your hands looked while slicing into flesh, admired how you stared at the insides like they were poetry.
And Rohan… You didn’t deserve a muse like him. Beautiful, self-righteous, cruel, and so smart he made you dizzy. You’d paint your nails and listen to his rants about manga and morality, and then you’d both laugh about how the postman still hadn’t been found.
(He’d made the mistake of commenting on the “garbage smell” coming from your compost bin. You hadn’t even needed to fully possess him- just a twitch of the fingers, a whisper in his mind, and he was stepping in front of a train. Rohan helped you clean the mess. He kissed your neck afterward and told you your nails looked divine.)
You were already a Stand user when the Arrow came.
You found it during a walk through Morioh’s outer woods, buried in the decaying body of a cat. It was calling you, whispering promises. Your Stand, I Monster, writhed inside your head with excitement. You touched the tip.
The pain was exquisite.
You woke three days later with a new power pulsing in your skull.
“Who is She.” That was its name. A gift. A curse. The next time you possessed someone, your fingers ached- and then surged with power. Echoes of other Stands filtered through your nerves. Rohan watched you with wide, delighted eyes.
“You’re the only woman who’s ever scared me,” he said.
You laughed. “I think I’ll steal Star Platinum next.”
Josuke tried to lecture Rohan about you once.
“He can’t even talk around her!” he yelled, frustrated. “You’ve changed, man! You used to be cold and annoying, but now you’re just- gone! She’s got you on a leash!”
So, you showed him what a leash looked like.
Violet strings burst from your fingertips, delicate and lovely as spider silk. Josuke’s body twisted. Contorted. He fought you, sure- but you only needed partial possession to show him how much it hurt to try and “save” Rohan.
You didn’t kill him. Of course not.
Koichi was smarter.
“I, uh, don’t want to get involved,” he said, backing away. “I think you’re a lovely couple.”
You smiled at him. Kissed his cheek. “Good boy.”
Enemies didn’t get off so easy.
There was a man once- some random, forgettable killer with a blade Stand who thought Rohan was an easy target.
You watched him from across the alleyway, puppeteering his mother from a balcony above. Just enough strings. Just enough force. She screamed as her own limbs betrayed her, sprinting toward him, blade in hand. You made her apologize the whole time. Made her cry for hurting her baby.
He died weeping.
You didn’t smile. You never smiled when it came to protecting Rohan. Only pain mattered. Only fear. You recorded the sound of his sobs. Used it as background noise while writing your next chapter.
Rohan said it added “authenticity.”
You weren’t normal people.
Your love wasn’t normal love.
He loved your mind. You loved his ego. You bathed in blood together, edited each other’s drafts, fed each other cake while planning murders. You weren’t good. You weren’t redeemable.
But you were perfect.
Rohan once drew a version of you in a wedding dress, stitched from the skin of your enemies, blood still dripping from the veil. You framed it above your bed.
You wrote a poem about him once. Called it My Spine, His Fingers. It was rejected by several magazines for being “obscene.”
You laughed for days.
Sometimes, when you sat together in silence- just you, Rohan, the warm breeze through your open window- you’d reach over and stroke his cheek.
“I would unmake the world for you,” you whispered.
“I know,” he replied, curling an arm around your waist. “But let’s start with Morioh first.”
You kissed him.

How to Stay Motivated and Productive: Crushing Your Goals Without Burning Out
Staying motivated and productive can feel like a constant battle, especially when life throws distractions, stress, and endless to-do lists your way. But fear not! With the right mindset and strategies, you can keep your motivation high and your productivity on point, without burning out. Let’s dive into some tips to help you crush your goals and stay energized along the way.
1. Start with Your "Why"
Before you even think about getting stuff done, take a moment to connect with your “why.” Why do you want to achieve these goals? Whether it’s personal growth, career advancement, or simply getting through your day with your sanity intact, having a clear purpose fuels motivation. When the going gets tough, reminding yourself of the bigger picture can keep you pushing forward.
2. Set Clear, Realistic Goals
Productivity isn’t just about doing more; it’s about doing what matters. Break your goals down into specific, achievable tasks. Instead of vague goals like “get fit” or “study more,” try “exercise for 30 minutes three times a week” or “study for 45 minutes, then take a 15-minute break.” Clear goals give you a roadmap and make it easier to track your progress.
3. Create a Routine That Works for You
Routines are your best friend when it comes to staying productive. They help build momentum and reduce the mental energy spent on deciding what to do next. But remember, there’s no one-size-fits-all routine—what works for someone else might not work for you. Experiment with different schedules until you find one that aligns with your natural rhythms and lifestyle.
4. Embrace the Power of Small Wins
There’s nothing like the rush of ticking something off your to-do list. Those small wins build momentum and keep you motivated to tackle bigger tasks. Break larger projects into smaller, manageable steps, and celebrate each achievement along the way. It’s like giving yourself a mini high-five every time you complete something, and who doesn’t love that?
5. Use the Pomodoro Technique
If you struggle with staying focused, the Pomodoro Technique is a game-changer. Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four sessions, take a longer break (15-30 minutes). This method not only helps maintain focus but also prevents burnout by ensuring you’re taking regular breaks. It’s a win-win for both your productivity and your well-being.
6. Declutter Your Space, Declutter Your Mind
A cluttered workspace can lead to a cluttered mind. Take a few minutes each day to tidy up your environment. A clean, organized space can help you feel more in control and focused on the task at hand. Plus, it’s one less thing to stress about when you’re trying to get in the zone.
7. Prioritize Self-Care
Productivity isn’t just about grinding 24/7. To stay motivated, you need to take care of yourself. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep, eating well, and staying active. Incorporate activities that relax and recharge you—whether it’s reading, meditating, or just chilling out with a good Netflix show. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup.
8. Mix It Up
Monotony can kill motivation. If you find yourself getting bored or stuck in a rut, mix things up. Try changing your environment—work from a different room or a coffee shop. Switch up your routine or try new productivity tools and techniques. Keeping things fresh can reignite your enthusiasm and keep you engaged.
9. Stay Accountable
Share your goals with a friend, family member, or even online communities. Having someone to check in with can keep you accountable and motivated. Plus, it’s a great way to get support and encouragement when you need it most. Sometimes, just knowing someone else is rooting for you is enough to keep you going.
10. Forgive Yourself for Off Days
Let’s be real—not every day is going to be a productivity powerhouse. Some days, the motivation just isn’t there, and that’s okay. The key is not to beat yourself up over it. Instead, acknowledge it, rest, and come back stronger the next day. Progress isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being consistent over time.
11. Visualize Your Success
Take a few minutes each day to visualize what success looks like for you. Imagine how it will feel to achieve your goals, and let that positive energy drive you forward. Visualization is a powerful tool that can help keep your motivation alive, even when the journey feels long.
12. Reward Yourself
Don’t forget to reward yourself for your hard work. Whether it’s treating yourself to something special, taking a day off, or just indulging in your favorite activity, rewards help reinforce the positive behavior of staying productive. It gives you something to look forward to and makes the grind feel a little less grindy.
13. Keep Learning and Growing
Finally, keep feeding your mind with new ideas and inspiration. Read books, listen to podcasts, watch TED Talks—whatever gets your creative juices flowing. Continuous learning keeps you motivated by reminding you that there’s always more to discover and achieve.
Final Thoughts
Staying motivated and productive isn’t about working harder—it’s about working smarter. By setting clear goals, creating a routine that works for you, and prioritizing self-care, you can stay on top of your game without burning out. Remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint, so pace yourself, celebrate your progress, and keep moving forward. You’ve got this!
Love,
Sophia

Day 2 - For Better and For Worse
Prompt: 2 -“Why? Why do you love me?” + 10 - “I'm not good enough.” Character: Matt Murdock Pairing: Matt Murdock x Reader, part of Mrs. Murdock series. Word Count: ~540 Warning(s): Self-loathing, negative self-talk, referenced off-screen violent death, grief Tags: @loves0phelia, @nowheredreamer, @beezusvreeland, @yarrystyleeza Tuna-Tober Masterlist
For Better and For Worse
There was more to your husband than met the eye.
Few who had met Matt Murdock would have liken him to the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. The ferocious vigilante prowling the streets, putting the fear of God into criminals with his fists would seem a far cry from the soft-spoken, mild-mannered defense attorney.
They didn’t see the same thirst for justice. The intense drive that sometimes had Matt working from first light until well past midnight. The determination that led him to fight through pain and exhaustration to save someone. How he bled for every person he couldn’t save, whether it was from violence or the injustice of the system.
They didn’t see the man you married.
And the most heartbreaking thing of all was that sometimes Matt himself couldn’t see that man either. Days where he couldn’t find a single good thing to say about himself.
This was one of those days. Because tonight, despite doing everything in his power, the victim hadn’t made it. Bled out before the ambulance could arrive. Worse, it was someone you had both known. Prue Hamilton, the granddaughter of Mrs. Hamilton from the bakery, who brought cookies to the kids at St. Agnes every Christmas. A beautiful young woman who should have had her whole life ahead of her. Slain while picking up some milk on her way home from work.
Matt blamed himself. Because that was who he was. Pacing the apartment like a trapped tiger, beating himself up in black tirade of bile. He wasn’t fast enough. Strong enough. Powerful enough. All his abilities were useless. He was useless. Why had you married anyone as worthless as him?
“Matty, you aren’t worthless,” you objected, finally able to get a word in edgewise. “And I married you because I love you.”
“Why?” he demanded. There was so much self-loathing in that single word. It broke your heart. “Why do you love me? I’m not good enough.”
“Yes, you are Matt,” you said, wrapping your arms around him. “You have the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever met. How could I do anything else but love you?””
He remained stiff in your arms, fighting the comfort that he didn’t think he deserved. But he wasn’t the only one who was stubborn. You would stand here all night if that’s what it took. Humming a soft wordless melody, you began to rub his back
Matt might be stubborn but he craved the affection that had been so often lacking from his life. Eventually his body began to relax, becoming looser. Those arms began to rise, then hesitated.
“It’s okay, Matty,” you murmured into his neck. You didn’t care that his hands were covered in drying blood from his desperate attempt to staunch the bleeding. He didn’t need any further encouragement, wrapping his arms around you. Lightly at first, like he was afraid that you would pull away now. Reject him like so many had before you.
You squeezed him tighter in response, silently cursing all the people who had left such deep wounds in your husband’s soul. He squeezed back, burying his face in your neck. You felt more than saw the moment the rage that had been fueling him sputtered out and he began to cry.

Every Record I Own - Day 839: Judas Priest Stained Class
The AOTY-list season serves as a reminder that I haven't checked out nearly as much new music in 2024 as I have in years past.
I feel a little guilty about it. Being a musician, I'm a big believer in staying connected to current artists and their work. At the same time, it's impossible to keep up with the constant stream of new music, and I can't help but feel that one of the ways we're failing artists in this current age is by only giving their work a single cursory listen.
It's fleeting fandom. There were no shortage of great albums that came out this year that I streamed once online and thought "this is really good... I need to listen to this more" and then promptly forgot about. Buying vinyl has always been my way of making sure I dedicate time to REALLY listening to an album, but with as much as I've toured these last two years, I've had to scale my purchases back because I'm simply not home enough to listen to my collection and I'm already slacking on investigating records I bought in 2023.
So I didn't buy many albums that came out in 2024. But that doesn't mean I wasn't listening to a lot of music. In particular, I listened to A LOT of early Judas Priest.
My Judas Priest fandom is a relatively new thing. I've sat on a copy of Screaming For Vengeance for ages, but it wasn't the right entry point for me. But starting sometime around late 2022, I started falling for Sin After Sin. This was the combo I was lacking in my life: good riffs, '70s production, a dash of prog-rock ambition, some sinister undertones, and big choruses. Rob Halford's vocals had always been a bit of a dealbreaker for me as I'm not much of an operatic metal guy, but reading his memoir opened my mind and ears to his approach.
Stained Class is Judas Priest's fourth album, released in 1978. Much like their other '70s albums, there is still an obvious debt to Sabbath and Zeppelin (check out the "Whole Lotta Love" riff in "Saints in Hell"), but Halford out-sings both Ozzy and Plant. Maybe it's because Halford was still a closeted gay man and trying to fly under the radar, but he never seemed to have the larger-than-life persona of Ozzy and Plant. Instead, he put all his effort into treating the voice like a third guitar, helping steer the musical direction of the band while hitting the growling lows of a power chord and the squealing highs of a pinch harmonic.
While I still put Sin After Sin at the top of my Judas Priest list, Stained Class isn't far behind. While never quite hitting the same heights as tracks like "Sinner," "Raw Deal," and "Dissident Aggressor," Stained Class also doesn't lose its momentum with ballads (barring the possible exception of "Beyond the Realms of Death," which is such an obvious influence on Metallica's "Fade to Black" that I think we can safely disqualify it from the ballad designation despite it's delicate verses and slow build). It's a solid record from start to finish, best played at a high volume, but also completely satisfying on a phone speaker while you're barbecuing in your backyard.
Whether it's the amphetamine-fueled hard rock of "Exciter," the sleazy strut of "White Heat, Red Hot," the galloping angst of the title track, the anthemic power of "Invader," or the sinister '70s Sabbath riffage of "Saints in Hell," Stained Class is entertaining from start to finish, and reveals more nuances and embellishments with every listen.
I can't even say how many times I listened to Stained Class in 2024, but it's yet to grow stale or boring. If anything, my appreciation for it has only grown with every spin. And while I could've arguably held back on it and carved out more time for new artists with new albums, I like to think that finding a 46-year-old subversive rock album and latching onto it with an obsession bodes well for any freaks and weirdos that put out records in 2024 hoping their music has a shelf-life beyond this December.

Yandere! Rohan Kishibe x Yandere Fem! Reader
love how disgustingly detailed this is and you're so passionate about it, hope you enjoy this!! <3
tags & tw: dark content warning!!!, both rohan and reader are crazy lol, violence, some gore, suicide mentioned, reader is a stand used, established relationship, reader is depicted as feminine word count: 723

There’s a saying among the more superstitious locals in Morioh, as of recently.
"Sometimes the devil doesn’t come with horns. Sometimes, she comes with violets in her hair and ink under her nails."
They were talking about you.
But they didn’t know that the devil had a partner.
Your arrival in Morioh wasn’t loud. No fireworks. No strange Stand battles on your first day. Just the whisper of luggage wheels on cobblestone, the rustle of pages in your suitcase, and the way the crows on the telephone lines twisted their heads to watch you pass.
You came for inspiration.
But then you saw him.
And when he looked up from his sketchbook at the café, saw you standing there with your long, manicured fingers wrapped around a glass of violet soda, he knew.
Something inside both of you cracked.
And from that crack poured ink, blood, and love.
You both fell in love like knives being dropped in water. Quick, silent, with a splash of red and no hope of retrieving them without bleeding.
You showed him your stand, I Monster. The strings shimmered, delicate and deadly, violet light pulsing like veins. You once used it to make the town council unanimously approve your zoning request. You whispered it with a giggle, like a schoolgirl sharing gossip.
He laughed.
You'd never heard Rohan laugh before. Not like that.
From that moment on, you were inseparable. Obsessive. Unhinged. Happy.
People in Morioh began disappearing.
Strangers mostly. One particularly vulgar man had the audacity to catcall you in front of Rohan outside a bakery. His death was ruled an unfortunate accident involving a falling icicle in 30-degree weather.
Another tried to break into Rohan’s studio. They found his body curled into a perfect lotus position, his own spine fused into a closed circle, no entry wound. The police called it a suicide. Rohan drew inspiration from it for his next issue.
Koichi noticed the change first. He seemed scared.
“You two are...really close, huh?” he said once, his voice small.
You leaned forward, brushing invisible lint from Koichi’s shoulder. “We’re perfect together,” you said sweetly, “like marrow in a bone.”
Rohan watched with barely concealed amusement.
Later that week, Koichi suffered a sleep paralysis episode where his own hands tried to strangle him. You visited him with a fruit basket and a cryptic comment about “how terrifying our own bodies can be.”
Josuke wasn’t as lucky. He punched Rohan for insulting his hair one too many times. Your response wasn’t immediate, but when he tripped face first into a thorny hedge filled with black roses a week later, even he started getting nervous. You plucked a thorn from his cheek yourself and said, “Be careful where you plant your anger. Sometimes the roots fight back.”
The Golden Arrow didn’t choose you. It simply revealed what you already were.
"Who is She" was born with a whisper and a scream. When you possess a stand, you didn’t just control it. You became it.
You and Rohan tested the limits. You copied his power once, just to write a single command across the ribs of a man who dared speak ill of you.
“Feel every moment as if it lasts a year.”
You timed how long it took before he clawed out his own eyes.
Rohan found your bloodied apron drying on the clothesline once. He held it to his face. Breathed in deep. His fingers twitched with inspiration.
“I’ll help you clean next time,” he said when you returned.
You kissed his cheek. “Only if you carve their bones with me.”
You cooked like a dream. The kitchen always smelled of cinnamon and entrails. Rohan wrote best when you were humming in the next room. You brought him tea during his deadlines and brushed his hair when he was too tired to protest. Your garden flourished. Black tulips, red spider lilies, nightshade. A shrine of devotion.
Sometimes you’d read each other excerpts of your new work. Rohan with his expressive flair. You with your haunting cadence.
Other times, you'd sit silently together, blood on your gloves, sweet things baking in the oven.
They called you monsters. But monsters don’t fall in love.
Only humans do that.
Freaky, deranged, horrifying humans. Bound in blood and ink and obsession.
And you were the most human pair Morioh had ever seen.

Woah- Ok.
Hi there!
First of all, I'd like to thank you for your interest. This is a very detailed request.
Second, I'm obligated to say that my requests are closed, and will be closed for the foreseeable future since this blog is technically on hiatus.
Third, this is a Legend of Zelda blog. Specifically based around the fan-comic Linked Universe. I know nothing of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and, in fact, had to consult many people about this ask before it was confirmed to be a JoJo request. Because I had no clue what this was even talking about. ^.^*
Again, I'd like to thank you for throwing this my way, but I'm a little out of my depth here.

Follow up to my original Sierra ask (which, I find myself practically agreeing 100% with for your perspective on her)-- what draws you into the ship of Sierra/Heather (Heatherra) in particular? They're a very interesting pair, what do you think of their dynamics in particular?
i’m glad you agree!! i feel very strongly about the difference between enjoying a character in canon and in a realistic aspect!
as for heatherra… oh boy let’s talk about it!!
under the cut cuz kinda long :)
heatherra is a ship i questioned at first for sure. they’re very different in many areas, true yes, but people with strong differences sometimes make the best couples!
heather first and foremost is a difficult character to gauge what they would need in a romantic relationship. so here’s my personal take on what what she thinks she wants, vs what she needs.
her attraction to alejandro in the show seems to be primarily based on looks, something she cannot control her reaction of and very obviously rejects in the end of world tour. she gets overly frustrated with him almost every time they speak, and i believe that combined with his looks are what drive her to believe that’s what she desired in a relationship.
in all stars (ugh, i know,) they are overly lovey dovey in a way that seems very VERY out of character. this is why i elect to ignore all the information above trying to tell me she likes alejandro.
she’s a lesbian!!!
it’s my headcanon that heather is a lesbian who simply does not care enough to realize it. she mistakes her enjoyment of a good fight and similarities with alejandro for romance, but it’s not something real that will last long.
something that is real and could last long, is someone for her whose overly agreeable and very loyal/possessive.
heather needs someone who will go get her a drink three different times because it was wrong the first two times. sierra would’ve never gotten it wrong in the first place, because she knows exactly how to make it already.
sierra’s love, in her form, is deep and intense. it’s something heather will never not be hearing from her, and it’s something that will make her absolutely sparkle and fuel her confidence.
sierra, sierra likes to be told what to do. she likes to love, she likes to serve and be overly affectionate. all of these traits i feel would fit very nicely with heathers controlling and vain nature.
as much as thing may sound toxic, i actually don’t see it being very toxic. why? because i see heather actually liking sierra, not just the attention.
sierra can give her updates on anyone she’s ever known, she can track down an old girl from middle school heather never stopped hating on. sierra can laugh with her at bad reality shows, and gossip about anything and everything. sierra will carry her purse, her shopping bags, sierra will snarl at anyone who gets too close to heather. she’s like her own personal body guard.
heather will listen to sierra’s tangents, then plot to destroy whoever got her so worked up in the first place. she’ll pay for sierras things without saying a word, and scoff and deny it if sierra asks. they’ll get their nails done together and then people watch and make fun of everyone.
even in an emotional aspect, whether that’s a bad day or a fight or anything in between. on bad days, heather drags sierra out to get her a new outfit, or sierra rages with heather about whatever it is she’s mad about. during a fight, sierra is quick to apologize and reassure when she goes to far, which is something heather still struggles with, but i can see her trying to get better.
in canon though, i still felt like they were a fun duo. sierra seemed to genuinely like heather already, knowing her very well from watching the show ofc. she was always more excited to be on the show than to be competing for the million, and i think heathers frequent attempts at failing to manipulate her were very enjoyable to watch. they’re both powerful players and strong women who had very fun interactions! (alejandro and cody get outta the way.)
anyways, i can just see them fitting each other on a lot of different levels, and i think their dynamic would’ve been more fun to explore in canon! a lot of it is my own headcanons and such however, seeing as i don’t agree with a lot of the stuff with canon sierra and aleheather (even tho i do still enjoy the ship itself) :)
#total drama#total drama island#tdi heather#tdi sierra#heatherra#also just girls in love#i rlly like both of them so shipping them just makes senseeee#trust me guys….#:3

~Virgo Season~
Over the years I've heard many Virgo Suns and Moons complain about the "blandness" of their sign or dislike or can't relate to the sign's traits and archetypes. But Virgo can be the underestimated, the smartest in the room, obsessive, observant, they can have a unique character that isn't always represented well in their stereotypes. Below I've expanded on some of Virgo's commonly cited traits.
Perfectionism: Virgo is a well-known perfectionist; this comes from a desire for self-improvement but can also have connections to their critical side and uptight or sensitive nature. Virgo is detail-oriented, punctual, likes to be prepared, and never misses a step. While they can be judgmental, they are critical both of themselves and others. Virgos have high standards and expectations, and they can be harsh when they are not met. But Virgos have a strong need to feel useful and helpful, and they are always ready to lend a hand or offer advice. Virgos may be picky, but their diligence and hard work can match up to the rest of their energy. Virgo is the sign of the expert, craftsman, teacher. Their perfectionism can fuel their ambition. This drive may be focused on financial, intimate, or artistic pursuits.
Modest/Unassuming: Despite this sign's practical, logical, and rigid traits they are known for being gentle, flexible, and humble. They are good listeners and can be powerful healers. Virgo can be patient, softspoken or level-headed, sometimes clever and blunt. While some may be intimidated by their knowledge, intellect, or work ethic they are known to be polite and/or trustworthy. They know how to appreciate the simple things and notices how important the small or simple things are. Virgo may see the potential in resources or others and knows how to support others in a meaningful way. e.g. 10th House may see potential in coworkers or candidates, 11th House in their friends, 4th House in family members. This sign typically doesn't let ego get in the way, of course this shouldn't be confused with the idea that they have no ego at all. Virgo is associated with having a savior complex, virtue signaling, and snobbish behavior. It is possible for a Virgo to have a big ego.
Practical: Virgo values rationality and intellect. They are not easily swayed by emotions or impulses, but rather rely on their logic to make decisions. But Virgo may have an earthy intuition, a more abstract and intangible part of them that helps them navigate the world with common sense and good survival instincts. Virgo can also be frugal and cautious, always analyzing the details before taking action. They are not afraid of challenges, as long as they can see the benefits and rewards of their efforts. Virgo can be described as being overly practical in love/relationships or lacking reassurance, but they desire devotion and appreciation from their loved ones. Many despite their pragmatic nature tend to be caring, supportive, and easygoing to those they love. But they will always be the family member or friend who gives everyone else a reality check.

Birthday: 12th June
Age: 60
Height/length: 153cm
Dominant hand: Right
Occupation: Butcher
Unique magic: Silas never gave it a name, but he can drain other people's magic (or life force of he really pushes) to fuel his own magic and get rid of blot. He almost never uses it.
Family:
Son: Finn Clearcove
Son: @/distant-velleity 's Chrysos Pendentif (adopted)
Husband: Morrigan Clearcove (deceased)
Unnamed mother-in-law and father-in-law
Unnamed grandfather (deceased)
Sister: Mei (deceased)
Unnamed mother and father (deceased)
Several unnamed siblings and cousins (deceased)
Preferences:
Hobbies: Reading, gardening
Likes: Cooking, music, puzzles, learning new things
Dislikes: Tight spaces, large crowds, the more human appearing mers
Favourite food: Clam Chowder
Least favourite food: Triggerfish
Appearance:
Silas has amthyst eyes and long, curly dark purple hair and beard. His skin, scales, and tail are dark purple with peculiar black markings in some places, and his enture body is riddled with scar tissue. His fins are full of holes and tears. His claws are long, sharp, and black. His teeth are long and sharp and scary. He has visible stretch marks, and he's (finally) starting to get a bit chubby.
Silas has a band of black scales around his neck, and from just below that all the way to his navel are photophores that glow in the dark, which helps him camouflage and can even make him look like a school of fish from below.
Obviously, as a mer, he doesn't wear clothes, but he does wear both his and his husband's courting gifts to each other: necklaces of orca teeth and shell, each has a volute and skeletal murex shell respectively. He wears a ribcage around part of his tail as decor. Sometimes he wears his wedding jewellery as well.
Personality:
Silas is a gruff, quiet, and serious man with a bit of a sadistic streak. He does have a general no-nonsense attitude, but he is very warm and loving to Finn (and later on Chrysos) and does his best to raise Finn with the love and support he needs. He wants Finn to make friends and is the one who encouraged him to go to NRC in the first place. He's very protective and is aggressive on rare occasions (unlike when he was younger). He's clever and is prone to sarcastic or dry humour. Don't be fooled, he's quite kind when he wants to be, just few get to see it.
Some Fun Facts/Extra Info:
•Silas supplies Mrs Ashengrotto (and later on Azul) with fish along with other meats for her restaurant
•He has a deal with the tweels' parents in which he disposes of their unwanted "prey" (cough enemies cough) in return for their protection
•He is a very powerful sorcerer that is well versed in Abyssal magic
•He can see Finn's siblings as well and doesn't know what to do about them. He wishes they didn't scare Finn so much
•Azul is quite intimidated by him, lol
•Silas likes the octotrio and considers them a good match for Finn
•He allows older teens looking for extra income to work for him part-time
•He's got a soft spot for kids (teens count as kids too to him)
Some art of him I did (click to show) I had to trace the body and face for the one on the left lol

And a drawing of Silas but @/the-trinket-witch with their oc Rajesh

The Sailor Song by Autoheart is suchhhh a Steph song to me...plz tell me your thoughts on it
SO sorry this one took so long to respond to, and THANK you for recommending The Sailor Song as a Steph song. Instantly understood your train of thought and huge agree. Actually felt a little sick and ill on my listens. Genuinely so Perfect for Steph.
Like from the heartbreaking chorus it’s v clear to me.
‘Let that be a lesson to me / think not with my heart but with my head, oh / but I never really had it in me did I?’
To me this is about how Steph falls for the same lie twice: she trusts her heart and believes this time Batman isn’t planning on cutting her loose abruptly and coldly, and because she doesn’t trust her head, doesn’t ‘learn her lesson’ she gets screwed over again: Bruce was using her the same way he was the first time he sanctioned her.
Could apply to lots of things though, Steph’s a character full of emotions and they sometimes overpower or overshadow her logical brain. It’s a weakness which can cause Steph strife, but it’s also (if you ask me) something that can work to her benefit. Steph’s emotionality and extremes of both love and rage are part of what fuels her. Steph not knowing how to let go, Steph feeling everything with her whole heart is what makes her so powerful and allows her to be so determined.
‘No I never really had it in me did I?’ Not just with an abstract ‘it’ but instead as a direct reference to the previous lines, as in Steph never had the ability to ignore her heart, really works.
But just generally the chorus of ‘I never really had it in me did I?’ Works so great for Steph. Unfortunately she spends a long long time believing she isn’t good enough, and hears the same from a lot of other people.
‘Your overbearing best friend / hoping for some attention’
I’m dying here. Steph is always too much! Too much and also simultaneously not enough! Going to throw up. Killer line to end the song on. Reminds me of her relationship with Tim, especially more early on, before she knew Tim’s secret identity. Thinking about the ‘are you kidding! If I think about it you’re probably too good for me!” line during Steph and Tim’s first date, but also the moments where Tim jokingly dismisses Steph, his casual dismissal in front of Argent for example.
‘I was your armchair / your mattress / your tv / your everlasting talk show’
Is such a Batman related line to me, specifically with their relationship when Steph is first sanctioned as Spoiler. She’s an ‘armchair/mattress’ as related to the idea of her as someone who takes a burden in order to provide support (a role Steph has taken before in regards to Crystal) but specifically w the scene where she hears out Bruce’s fears about the future, and is deeply unsettled. She is an ‘everlasting talk show’ especially within the context of Gotham Knights 22, how Bruce’s lonlieness clings to Steph’s talkative nervous chatter.
‘And I lost every ounce of myself / should I run a million miles away’
Is such a post war games line to me, with the total breakdown of Steph’s character and her absconding to Africa.
Anyways thank you so much for the ask, sorry again this took a hot second. Great steph song, 10/10

Love from the stars
The ninja boys x a male character of mine.
Cole: Wtf do you mean Connor is stronger. Cole is constantly trying to lift more than Connor but it is never a competition because Connor can always lift more.
Connor 100% banned him from the kitchen. One too many times has Connor run into the kitchen to the smell of something on fire and he just gave up and banned Cole from the kitchen.
Good god that boy is terrifying. When he first witnessed Connor's wrath against a villain who truly pissed him off it was terrifying. The way his eyes turned blood red and his punches literally shook the earth. Cole would also 100% never admit this but he may or may not have also gotten hard at the sight of seeing his boyfriend absolutely pummel a villain into the ground.
Speaking of. God does Connor feel amazing in bed. Connor constantly denies it but Cole swears the reason why he feels so heavenly is because of his alien biology. He's also just really vocal and ho does that get Cole going.
Jay: Finally! Someone who understands him! Connor is so smart that Jay always rambled on about some project he's working on or random tech facts and Connor actually participates and knows what Jay is talking about. Thanks to this the two are constantly tinkering or working on something.
HOLY SHIT HORRIFYING! When Jay saw Connor use his true powers for the first time it was almost nightmare fuel. He loves Connor don't get him wrong but he had trouble falling asleep that night. It was during their fights against the serpentine, Jay wasn't doing to well when Connor showed up out of nowhere and well suffice to say he doubted they went to the realm of the departed after Connor was done with them.
Big. Just big, Connor fills him so perfectly Jay can never get enough. They also get a little kinky sometimes. Mainly just some harnesses and stuff but hey it gets then going.
Kai: HE FLIRTS BACK?! HELLO?! Kai is always used to being the flirtatious and risque one in the relationship so when Connor started flirting back he was NOT prepared for it. He definitely had a gay panic
Well I'll be damned. If seeing Connor throw a man through a concrete wall wasn't the hottest but also the scariest thing Kai has seen. He definitely had some interesting thoughts that night.
KINKY MOTHERFUCKERS! The word Vanilla is not in their vocabulary. They aren't over the top but damn do they both have a lot of kinks and they use them to their fullest extent.
Lloyd: Hey finally someone who knows how to use multiple elements just like him! Connor has a multitude of powers but he always makes an effort to use his elemental powers when training with Lloyd. Does Lloyd actually understand his powers? No, but it doesn't matter.
IS THIS MAN A GOD?! During the whole Morro debacle there was something off about Connor. Morro seemed to always be afraid of Connor. And then it all came to front when the preeminent showed up. Connor took that thing head on and if ghosts could bleed there would be more blood than water in the bay.
cough BOTTOM cough You cannot tell me that after a rough day of leading the team and constantly having to shoulder the weight of being the green ninja that Lloyd wouldn't want to be fucked stupid. No thoughts only how good he feels with Connor inside him.
Zane: Paint me like one of your French girls. Well kinda. Connor is so confounding to Zane that he justs wants to study him all the time which usually leads to Connor naked in Zane's room. Not in a sexual way, Zane just wants to study his body.
No offense Lloyd but are we sure that he isn't the green ninja? Or like some ancient primoridal? When the overlord attacked Zane had planned to sacrifice himself to stop them but Connor stepped in and beat the motherfucker to a pulp.
Truth be told Zane does end up spending a few months making some new personal upgrades for himself. Despite the fact Connor always reassures him that it doesn't matter he feels bad that the two can't have sex because he's a nindroid. And holy hell he understands why humans indulge in sex so often. Connor is a fucking beast in bed and makes his new pleasure system go haywire in the best way

Long ramble, but ive been going to my mom's friends (or kind of ex friend now) apartment complex and she was like "girl we've got to get you out this dress" and I was like "I know I hate this dress" and Black James (thats what he goes by) was like "wear daisy dukes and boots" and I laughed and he was like "whyd you laugh at that?" and then made hard eye contact and im like I don't know man. I don't know what to say to a man that asks if I've ever cheated and where's my ring then and then talks about what kind of sex he likes and that he likes white girls and then tells me to wear short shorts and boots. Like honestly if you can tell me why he needed to know why I laughed at that please tell me cuz I still don't know. But that's not the point. I was like you know, thinking to myself, I want to try shorts and shirts again, not cuz of his ass cuz I let him know I don't fuck around when it comes to my Ru Ru, but just cus i was like, you know I use to wear that. I been wearing only dresses for 6 years now. So I went and found some mid graphic tee and some shorts at Walmart. I put them on. I liked how you could see how my hips are real round, they're kind of unconventional in that its my pelvic bone that's round and wide rather than it being the upper part of my thighs that is, but I'm learning to love that about myself because those bitches are powerful, and I use to HATE how my hips are weird like that, big at the "wrong" spot. Giving birth really eliminated so much of my body dysmorphia because I'd see creepy dudes posting about hips and how they're "supposed" to be shaped and oh its only biology why they prefer that. Its their testosterone driving them to seek good "birth givers". But when I gave birth to that 10 pound baby with wide shoulders all by myself in just an hour without any problems, I realized I HAVE birth giving hips that are strong and good at the hardest thing the human body could ever do and those dudes just had a preference and couldn't admit that sometimes, often times, you just like something cuz you like it, for shallow pointless reasons even, and its not your dick working like a heat seeking missile looking for baby havers, you're not an instinctual testosterone fueled animal that can smell the fertility in whoever walks past you, you're some incel who likes trying to push women around and justify bullying them because "wah its just my biology". Well you want the world to be like that it goes both ways, and I'm not looking at them thinking they're full of virility and magical sperm and DNA that will make my kid have super powers, and they've got a better shot getting laid in a world where humans just kind of like shit for no good reason rather than a world where we're like animals with males fighting nonstop and ripping each other's balls off and women all flock to him and only him and then he fucks them 80 times in a row while the other male watches as he bleeds to death from his pens being ripped away. But anyways, that's not my point either. My point is I got kind of pressured into wearing something I didn't really want to because I felt like people were looking at my dress funny. And I'll admit I'm not crazy about this dress either, but it's MY dress, and thats what I wear. Dresses. So I didn't like the outfit I picked out. I felt weird in it, discouraged. So I slipped my dress back on, expecting to feel even uglier, and you know what? I put it on, and I felt like me again. I was like, actually, this is right. This is how im supposed to look. The way my curls fall on it, the color of the night sky, the way it hints at my figure but doesn't cling to it but if I put my hands on my waist you can see more but still not everything. I felt right. I even felt pretty again. I grabbed my waist and did a little dance jiggling and wobbling my hips. So weirdly enough, the initial discouragement helped me to feel OK again. :o)

✍ writer interview
tagged by @luvwich, read her interview for insight into how an evil genius works, and for insight into how an evil moron works, check out my answers below the cut 💕
When did you start writing?
I've written basically my entire life, like when I first learned to write I used to just copy fairytales word-for-word in my own notebooks. Then I always liked English the most at school, did my undergrad in English Literature and Creative Writing, and then did an MA in Creative Writing right after because I Wasn't Ready to be in the real world yet.
I used to write fanfic as a teen, then more or less forgot all about it until I played Cyberpunk 2077 in late 2023, had a mental breakdown (only partially related), and then couldn't get River fucking Ward out of my mind. Since then, it's kind of blossomed into it's own thing and this year I've written 138k+ words and it feels great.
Are there different themes or genres you enjoy reading than what you write?
I love a classic murder-mystery thriller, but I'm currently writing one of those and I have almost a full outline for another, and I think both will stand as original stories I might even seek to publish, so does that count?
I love a good sci-fi or fantasy series and I've never written anything like that, the level of world-building involved is so intimidating but when you read it done well it's sooooo good (see Margaret Atwood's MaddAddam trilogy or Chaos Walking by Patrick Ness).
Is there a writer you want to emulate or get compared to often?
I feel like my style is distinguished, but I do always think about writers who hugely influence me when I'm writing. Margaret Atwood is the first to come to mind because I feel like her writing is so unique and compelling for me.
I'd be lying if I said I don't also regularly think: would @luvwich do this? Especially in the early days of my longfic. Reading her fic, Arpeggio, was so influential to me. My own fic has very much grown into its own creature now, but at the start, it was Arpeggio's voice I was listening to when writing.
Can you tell me a bit about your writing space?
It's called my living room sofa, sometimes with a dog included. Usually in my pjs, with a cup of chai, and ideally some chocolate. If it's raining outside, I am completely in The Zone.
What's your most effective way to muster up a muse?
Seeing a handsome brown man. I'm not kidding, that's usually how it starts for me. If he's a secondary character who's kind of out of the way and also has a rock solid moral compass? It's already over for me.
If I'm ever lacking, talking to my friends @lily-alphonse and @totallyhumanexe is the easiest way to clear the block and get creative juices flowing. It's good to have such juicy, juicy friends ❤
Are there any recurring themes in your writing? Do they surprise you?
Is rampant horniness a theme? Is pure desperation a theme? I like writing couples who are so in love and crazy for each other because I think overwhelmingly eager consent is very sexy. This doesn't surprise me at all.
If sometimes my characters are bossy power bottoms or whimpering messes or incredibly blunt and mean...that also does not surprise me.
What is your reason for writing?
Ideas grow and bloom in my brain and if I don't get them out they'll take up all the space and leave no room for things like my PIN number and my partner's birthday etc.
Plus writing fuels so much joy in my life. It's good for my soul.
Is there any specific comment or type of comment you find particularly motivating?
Like anyone, I post my writing partially because I want the gratification of a comment from someone. I'm always grateful to readers for their comments, no matter what they are.
The best comments though, the ones that are the most impactful for me, usually reference specific lines in my work and elaborate on what it was about that part that they loved or that moved them.
How do you want to be thought about by your readers?
World's most brilliant, evil, stupid, amazing, lovable and intensely attractive person. A Woman For The People. A Girl's Girl. Soup.
What do you feel is your greatest strength as a writer?
I feel confident overall about my writing abilities. I think my dialogue is strong, and I think I'm good at getting into the psyche of my characters. I hope my greatest strength is making my writing consistently interesting.
How do you feel about your own writing?
I like it, I read it. I can feel how much it's improved in this last year alone and I can't wait to reflect again in another year and hopefully see greater strength and distinction 💪
When you write, are you influenced by what others might enjoy reading, or do you write purely for yourself, or a mix of both?
To be totally honest, I mostly just think about me. Often, when I write, I'm filling the void of what I wanted to read that simply didn't exist yet.
I do sometimes include moments that I've noticed are popular in fics that have influenced mine, but even that is largely because I enjoyed those moments just as much as other readers, and so I wanted to see them in my own work as well.
